Since 2017, Edvirt has been training operators for Boliden.
With a new long-term contract in place, we are now taking the next step in this collaboration. During a two-day workshop at Edvirt HQ, António Rodrigues (Boliden), Fredrik Pramberg and Armin Vrace (Edvirt) laid the foundation for how shotcrete training will be conducted within Boliden in the future.
Previously, we focused solely on training new operators. Now, we are also developing a comprehensive training program that not only strengthens the skills and knowledge of already experienced operators but is also easily adaptable to deepen the expertise of technicians and supervisors.
